What teams ask before switching.

Can you migrate our data off Trashflow?+
Yes. Enterprise plans include the migration toolkit — accounts, services, pricing, invoice and payment history, routes, assets and contracts — plus parallel-run support so you can operate Haul Router alongside your legacy system during the transition.
Do you charge per user?+
No. Internal users — dispatchers, CSRs, drivers, accounting — are unlimited on every plan. Pricing scales with the number of service locations you bill, not the size of your team.
How does payment processing work?+
Card processing runs through Authorize.net with full tokenization — card data is never stored in Haul Router. ACH is handled via NACHA files for Fifth Third Bank. Processing fees are billed at cost, separate from your subscription.
Is the driver app a separate native app?+
It's a responsive web app built for Android tablets and phones, with offline support for critical route data. It can be wrapped in a native shell for app-store distribution — there's no separate codebase to maintain.
Can we white-label it for our brand?+
Yes, on Enterprise. Multi-tenancy means your customer portal and internal app carry your logo, colors and domain. Each operating company gets fully isolated data.
How long does implementation take?+
A focused single-hub hauler can be live in weeks. Large multi-hub or municipal operations run a phased rollout with a dedicated implementation team and a parallel-run period — we scope this during your demo.
